Michael Rolnick
Michael Rolnick is the CEO and Managing Director of a family group of companies with annual worldwide sales approaching $200 million. Mr. Rolnick is responsible for the global macro-strategy of the companies he owns, including global expansion strategy and key investment decisions. Michael’s passion has been focused on consumer durable goods for the home – an area he truly excelled in – bringing innovative products that beautify homes and add joy to people’s lives.
Mr. Rolnick has grown his businesses from an initial idea to global powerhouses with substantial recurring revenue, high customer satisfaction, and industry-leading financial metrics for return on equity and return on investment. His efforts have been recognized by both industry partners and financial backers, which allows the companies to continue their sales growth and expand geographic reach. Mr. Rolnick has extensive experience and a track record in asset acquisitions and successful divestitures, creating double-digit annual returns for stakeholders and partners. Recent successful divestitures were delivered across a variety of industries, including aerospace, marine, and real estate.
Mr. Rolnick is an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast and resides in Aspen Colorado with his wife and 2 children.
Julie Friedman
Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Masters of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California, Special Education Credential, and Elementary Education Credential from the University of Southern California. She is certified as a general education teacher and special education teacher in California and Colorado. She has over 15 years of experience in Educational Therapy and in the public school setting. Julie is the owner and founder of Aspen Learning Lift, in Aspen, CO which provides academic support and executive functioning support to students in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Julian Gershon
Dr. Julian Gershon Jr, DO is a regenerative medicine specialist in Aspen, CO, and has over 43 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from A. T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1980. He is affiliated with Saint Marys Medical Center.
Jason Gleasman
Jason H. Gleasman is a distinguished figure known for his achievements in wrestling and entrepreneurial endeavors. A seasoned athlete, Jason represented the United States as a Greco-Roman wrestler in the 1996 Olympics, achieving 12th place. His remarkable career includes two World Championship titles and seven US Open National Championships. Jason is also a five-time All-American in both Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling, with dual NCAA All-American honors. A graduate of Syracuse University in 1998, he excelled academically as an Academic All-American. In addition to his athletic pursuits, Jason is the proud owner of Gleasman Construction, a respected General Contractor serving Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. Married to his college sweetheart Kirsten, Jason finds great fulfillment in fatherhood, raising five boys. He actively supports their academic and athletic journeys, cherishing the experience of witnessing them mature into young men.
Slava Goev
Hockey Coach
Slava Goev, a dedicated and accomplished Hockey Coach based in Aspen, United States, brings a wealth of firsthand experience as a seasoned hockey player to his coaching endeavors. With a focus on helping athletes reach their full potential, Goev excels in enhancing performance skills, game techniques, and endurance while minimizing injury risks. Currently coaching with Aspen Junior Hockey and Mountain Select, he mentors youth players and leads teams to victories, organizes drills, and plans daily workouts to optimize fitness. Additionally, as a private coach with Mountain Hockey Skills, he provides tailored one-on-one lessons. Goev's communication skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in coaching techniques make him a valuable asset in the hockey community. He operates with integrity under USA Hockey guidelines and is highly proficient in English and Russian languages.
Egor Volkov
Hockey Coach
Egor is a seasoned hockey coach and founder of the Children's Hockey School "Raketa" with a passion for developing young athletes. With experience coaching children of all ages, from 3 to 10, he has honed his skills in creating effective practice plans, motivating players, and communicating with parents. His extensive coaching background includes stints at various schools and programs in Yekaterinburg and Revda, Russia. Egor holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Ural State University of Physical Education and a Bachelor of Management from the College of International Relations. He is confident in his ability to work effectively in teams, communicate clearly, and lead with flexibility and adaptability. When he's not on the ice, you can find him enjoying motocross or snowboarding.
